Taxes and final total
Taxes may apply based on your province or territory. Credits, account balance, and selected add-ons may also affect the final total. The exact total is shown before checkout.
Payment methods
Card payments are securely processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Standard listings do not require checkout; checkout is only used for selected paid upgrades.
Refunds
Ad purchases are generally final because they are digital posting services. Limited exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, overpayments, platform errors, or verified fraud. The normal approved remedy is AD18 credits. Original-method Stripe refunds are exceptional, manual, and full-refund only; a confirmed full refund reverses its associated paid entitlement.
