How Community Spotlight works
Community Spotlight is a goodwill program, not a promotional package.
1. Suggest a group
Anyone can suggest a legitimate community organization or initiative, including their own.
2. AD18 chooses independently
Suggestions are reviewed manually. Submission does not guarantee publication and the feature cannot be purchased.
3. AD18 writes the feature
AD18 verifies the facts, writes the final spotlight, publishes it here, and keeps an archive on this page.
Community organizations, nonprofits, charities, volunteer groups, grassroots initiatives, fundraisers, youth and arts programs, and similar public-interest work may be considered. Ordinary commercial businesses and political candidates, parties, campaigns, or election advocacy are not eligible.
