This Creator & Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") applies to users who post creator, model, promotional, media, photo, video, social, streaming, or similar content on ad18.ca ("AD18," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

This Agreement supplements the AD18 Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, ID Verification Policy, Appeals & Takedown Policy, Complaints Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Platform.

This Agreement does not permit escorting, sexual services, paid companionship, or arranging sexual activity. Those activities are strictly prohibited on AD18.

By posting content covered by this Agreement, you confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory, whichever is greater
• You are legally able to enter into this Agreement
• You will not allow any minor to appear in, participate in, be referenced by, or be associated with your content
• You will comply with all applicable laws, Platform policies, and payment processor requirements

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, submit, promote, or link through the Platform.

You confirm that:

• The content is your own, or you have full rights and permission to use it
• You have the legal right to publish, display, promote, and distribute the content
• All people appearing in or associated with the content are adults
• All people appearing in or associated with the content have provided full, informed, written consent
• No person appearing in or associated with the content was coerced, threatened, exploited, trafficked, deceived, or pressured
• The content does not violate any law, third-party rights, Platform policy, or payment processor rule
• The content does not mislead users about who you are, what you offer, or what is being promoted

You must maintain appropriate records confirming that every person appearing in or associated with your content is an adult and gave valid consent.

These records may include age verification, identity verification, releases, consent forms, permissions, or other documentation.

AD18 may request evidence of age, identity, consent, ownership, or permission where needed for compliance, safety, moderation, takedown requests, payment processor review, or legal reasons.

Failure to provide requested records may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, loss of posting privileges, or termination.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Minors or suspected minors
• Any person lacking valid consent
• Human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, abuse, fraud, or threats
• Escort services, sexual services, paid companionship, or arranging sexual activity
• Offers for in-person sexual activity or adult services
• Revenge content, leaked content, stolen content, or non-consensual content
• Impersonated, misleading, AI-deceptive, or unauthorized content
• Copyrighted content used without permission
• Content involving violence, illegal drugs, weapons, hate, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Any attempt to bypass AD18 moderation, category rules, payment rules, or contact-field rules
• Anything that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

AD18 has zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation, minors, or non-consensual content and may report serious concerns to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.

Where AD18 allows an external link, you are responsible for ensuring the linked destination complies with Platform rules, applicable law, and payment processor requirements.

External links must not lead to illegal, exploitative, deceptive, malicious, non-consensual, trafficking-related, or prohibited sexual-service content.

AD18 may remove, block, restrict, or reject external links at its discretion.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant AD18 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:

• Display your content on the Platform
• Store, process, resize, convert, watermark, scan, and moderate your content
• Show your content to users browsing the Platform
• Promote your listing within the Platform
• Use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, support, and enforce the Platform

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights granted in this Agreement and the Terms of Service.

AD18 may, at its discretion:

• Remove, restrict, disable, or hide content
• Reject or suspend ads
• Shadowban content or accounts
• Require additional verification
• Request age, identity, consent, or ownership records
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Preserve records for safety, legal, fraud, payment, or compliance purposes
• Respond to takedown requests, complaints, legal requests, subpoenas, payment processor reviews, or investigations

AD18 may take these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Platform, payment processing, legal compliance, or public safety.

AD18 may require identity verification, age verification, consent confirmation, or additional review at any time.

Verification may be required because of category rules, reports, takedown requests, payment processor requirements, suspected abuse, policy concerns, or legal compliance.

Failure to complete required verification may result in removal of Verified status, content removal, posting restrictions, account suspension, or termination.

Content may be removed or restricted if AD18 receives a complaint, takedown request, report, consent dispute, impersonation claim, copyright claim, payment processor concern, or legal request.

You must cooperate with AD18 during reviews, complaints, takedowns, appeals, or investigations.

You may appeal eligible moderation decisions through the Platform's support process, subject to AD18's Appeals & Takedown Policy and Complaints Policy.

Final discretion remains with AD18.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your content
• The legality of your posts
• The accuracy of your claims
• Your external links
• Your rights, permissions, releases, and consents
• Any claims arising from your content or conduct

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AD18, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, disputes, takedown requests, copyright claims, consent claims, privacy claims, payment processor actions, or legal actions arising from your content, your external links, your conduct, or your violation of this Agreement.

AD18 may remove content, restrict accounts, update rules, require verification, or terminate access where required by payment processors, including CCBill, CoinPayments, or other approved providers.

Payment processor requirements may apply even where content is otherwise lawful.

AD18 may terminate or restrict this Agreement, your account, your listings, or your access to creator-related posting features if:

• You violate Platform rules or policies
• Your content creates legal, safety, payment, compliance, or reputational risk
• AD18 receives valid complaints or takedown requests
• You fail to provide requested verification or consent records
• A payment processor requires action
• AD18 determines that continued access is not appropriate

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Account deletion and data handling are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

By posting creator, model, media, promotional, social, streaming, or similar content on AD18, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement
• You are legally bound by this Agreement
• You understand your legal obligations
• You have all required rights, permissions, releases, and consents
• You will comply with AD18 policies and applicable law

If you do not agree, you must not post creator-related content on AD18.
